Catalog AUTOMATION tool creation

Problem

The process to request print and swag starts from ground zero each request. A stakeholder provides details of what is needed, sometimes referencing vendor catalogs and sometimes it is just a general request. Then an Asana form is submitted to request an estimate and production timeline of said items. If the items don’t fit in the budget or project timeline we go back to square one.

Solution

The catalog sources data from a mix of vendor catalogs and past print/swag examples from the Asana portfolio. So data is easily kept current and up to date. This allows stakeholders to have more creative freedom, reference similar projects, easily get approval on budget and see if items fit into the project timeline at glance. Stakeholders can search based on brand, event, cost and export a deck for approval on budget and timeline before submitting the request.
